We’ve all had the experience: holidays can mean eating too much (much of which isn’t good for you), drinking too much, and getting no exercise. It doesn’t have to be like that!

There are strategies for modifying recipes to make them more healthy, scheduling your exercise to make sure you do it, and more. There are even a couple of recipes included. Give it a read !
