Join us on October 10th in Morristown, NJ, for the annual HCMA Patient Meeting. This is your opportunity to step into a room full of people who truly understand your journey, alongside the medical experts leading the charge in HCM care.

The Weekend Schedule:
Saturday, Oct 10th (Meeting): Full day of expert-led education and patient support sessions (8:30 am - 4:30 pm).
Saturday, Oct 10th (Reception): Relax, mingle, and celebrate with the community (6:30 pm - 9:30 pm).
Sunday, Oct 11th (5K): Join us the morning after for an inspiring 5K walk/run!

About the HCMA: The Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association (HCMA) provides support, advocacy, and education to patients, families, the medical community, and the public about HCM and all thick heart muscle disorders. We are dedicated to supporting research, fostering the development of treatments, and providing legislative and patient advocacy services.
Scholarship Assistance
We believe financial barriers shouldn't prevent anyone from participating in the 2026 HCM Patient Meeting & 5K.
If you need assistance with registration, travel, or other event-related expenses, we encourage you to apply for a scholarship. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis through August 23, and all applicants will be notified by September 1. Please note that scholarship funding is limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee an award.
Patients requiring air travel assistance may also be eligible for flights through our partner, Angel Flight East.
