A letter from the Morristown Program: We want to inform you of an important update regarding your medical care. As of April 12, 2026, Matthew Martinez, MD, will no longer be seeing patients at Atlantic Medical Group Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Associates, located at 111 Madison Avenue, 3rd Floor, Suite 301, Morristown, NJ 07960, and the Sports Cardiology program will be closing. We expect to welcome an additional hypertrophic cardiomyopathy cardiologist to the practice later this year and will inform you as soon as this is finalized.
