Ways to Support the HCMA

The HCMA has many projects underway, from ongoing patient services to online and in-person events. The HCMA has raised awareness, provided support and advocated for care and policies to serve the thickhearted community. There are many ways to support HCMA’s mission and help us build a better future for HCM and other Bighearted patients everywhere.

Volunteer With Us

HCMA leads the way with legislative advocacy initiatives - you can make an immediate impact by filling out our Ujoin campaigns to contact your state, local and federal representatives. We’d love to have you share your Bighearted stories, as well. Even a few moments to share news, facts and action items with others online can make a huge difference.

Make a Donation

When you donate to HCMA, you can help us to help someone to get to their care they need through a micro-travel “Lori Fund” grant, fund the legislative advocacy that keeps thickhearted patients in the minds and hearts of local, state and federal politicians. Your donation supports our health equity initiatives, or can memorialize a loved one lost to HCM. Matching gifts, donor-advised funds, and legacies are welcome, as are gifts in kind for our events.
