We are writing to alert you to a meeting we are hosting for our patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and their families to provide you with more information about this condition and the ongoing advances in its diagnosis and treatment. Our informational Town Hall Meeting will be held on Saturday morning, April 14, 2018, at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. It is being hosted by our Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute along with the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association (HCMA). In addition to formal presentations about the various aspects of HCM, there will be ample time for questions and answers, as well as the opportunity to speak informally with any of the faculty in attendance.

Lisa Salberg, the Founder and CEO of the HCMA will be also be attending and will share her personal insights in living with HCM. 

The meeting is taking place in the Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women’s Hospital, 250 East Superior Street, Canning Auditorium 3rd Floor. This location is one block north of Northwestern Memorial Hospital; there is bridge access to Prentice on the 2nd floor of the parking garage. We will provide reduced parking fees.
