Bighearted Warriors Unite! Patient Education Program
Due to the unique challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the HCMA has had to re-imagine ways in which we can safely bring our Bighearted Warriors Tour to your area.
We are excited to announce we are continuing our program with a virtual platform. Until we can safely meet up again in person, the HCMA is holding Collaborative patient education meetings with our Centers of Excellence (COE). Each meeting will feature program directors, HCMA CEO, Lisa Salberg along with other COE staff members. Topics will cover areas such as treatment options, medications, genetics, research and more! These meetings will last approximately 2 ½ hours and registrants will have the opportunity to engage with speakers and ask questions in virtual break-out rooms.
Register to be a part of this exciting and informative program! The meetings are open to everyone, however, we ask you to participate in the meeting that is closest to your region.
