Please join Debra Rafson in a discussion about managing multiple disabilities in addition to HCM. Debra was diagnosed with HCM in 2011 and had a septal myectomy and ICD implant at Tufts Medical Center in 2016. She spent most of her career in professional theatre as a stage manager and managing director in the Boston area; most recently, she has been doing bookkeeping and special projects. Debra is now a resident of South Florida where she spends her free time watching tennis, binge-watching tv, doing NY Times crossword puzzles, and listening to podcasts or musical theatre soundtracks. Debra has a lot of experience navigating life with chronic medical challenges and is really excited to help others do the same.
