New downloadable tool to help identify those at risk for sudden cardiac arrest!

HCM is the leading cause of sudden cardiac arrest in the young, and the number one cause of cardiac death among athletes.  This assessment form, created with the American Heart Associaitons recommendations, provides a one page form to evaluate the risk of sudden cardiac arrest of any young person, athlete or not.  Share this form with your athletic programs, schools and physicians and help raise awareness about SCA in the young!
