How can you help save a life in your own community?

If your visiting the HCMA website, you likely already know that AED's Automated External Defibrillators are an important tool in saving lives. We see them in many places in our communities which is wonderful. The sad reality is many people have no idea just how easy it is to use an AED! Learn more about the HCMA's ABC's of an AED poster and how to order enough to post them around your community to help ensure that in a time of need the AED is USED and a life is SAVED!

The ABC's of an AED poster is a simple and easy way to encourage those walking by a device on a wall - to actually learn what it does and how they can take an active role in saving a life.    It is a well documented fact that AED's are simple to use and with minimal training even a child can operate the device appropriately.  It is also well known that people fear what they do not understand - therefore we are asking all of our HCMA friends to seek out the locations of AEDs in your community and hang this poster by each one.

To order 5 or more posters email the HCMA at Support@4hcm.org and put "ABC of AED" in the regarding line and please remember to include your name and mailing address and quantity - in return we ask you to take a picture of the posters where ever you hang them and email them back to us!
