The HCMA will be hosting “A Night of Wellness from the Heart” on Friday, November 30, 2012 at The Mountain Lakes Club. Our evening will include a wine tasting/pairing. We will be presenting a flight of white wine and a flight of red wine paired with hors d’oeuvres and chocolates. Sponsorship options are available by downloading the Packet on the right.

The Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association (HCMA) is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization founded in 1996 to provide information, support and advocacy to patients, families and the medical community. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is a genetic condition affecting 1 in 500 in the USA and is the leading cause of sudden cardiac arrest in those under 40, including athletes. www.4hcm.org
