Amy - Thanks for the post. I think most folks see CONCIERGE and assume its expensive! sounds like its worth it. Best of luck on Husband's visit/stay/surgery. You'll find Mayo to be an experience like no other. There are plenty of post here detailing peoples visits. Do check them out and consider posting one yourself (there seems to be a lack of recent ones)
