Housing options in Cleveland

I've read a number of posts about housing options and have checked the CCF website too. My uncle is coming from overseas around mid-June and is looking for a 3 bedroom apartment (as he has plenty of family members accompanying him).

Does anyone have any suggestions for larger apartments close to CCF?

The neighborhood immediately surrounding the clinic is not nice. I recommend talking to the clinic's "medical concierge" whose job it is to help out-of-state patients with arrangements.
