I was wondering if anyone had undergone, or plans to undergo any of these procedures and what their experience has been. I wonder how relevant they might be for us HCMers? Info on both can be found at the Atrial Fibrillation Foundation website:

You are the first person that I know of to mention these, I think.

I have heard about them, but haven't looked into them.

It would be interesting to be able to choose when you will be cardioverted at home.

Hi Leon and Sarah,

Yes and it would be great not even to need being cardioverted in the first place! I am seeing an EP tomorrow here in Melbourne so I will fill you in on what he has to say about these procedures. I know that they are doing some of the experimental stuff here.
