vitamins?

is there any health foods like vitimins that are recommended to releive the stress or is not a good idea?

Hi Gary,
I expect a good, balanced vitamin pill wouldn’t do you any harm, and just might do you some good. Ask your PCP. I’m on Centrum Silver (I’m an old guy now) plus some Vitamin ‘C’ and ‘E’ – but they were my choice, not medically ordered.

I can’t remember the last time I had a cold.

you take the same thing my dad takes, his doc said it was fine, i take vitamins too, i have taken Centrums for years now, i don't always eat right so i was told years ago i needed them, doc told me years ago i had the worse vitamin deficiency he had ever seen
