Today I went to 2 doctors offices and a hospital to get a copy of my echos, EKGs and the reports.
I peeked at them before overnighting them to CCF and one report said " Subvalvular Obstruction Process."
Can anyone give me any information on this, thank you in advance.
Hugs,
Eve

I believe it just means you have an obstruction below the valves.
I'm sure you will be getting a lot of good information soon! Hang in there.

It means you are obstructed and the obstruction is caused at the sub (under) the valve - sometimes also refered to as the basal septum.
This is actually good in terms of treatment options - midcavity septal reduction is a bit more difficult technically speaking.
Best wishes,
Lisa

Hi Shirley :D
Yes, I finally figured out how to post a pic of me. I'm not that good with computers, but I finally sized it properly.
I hope you are feeling well.

Hi guys,
Since the subject came up, I am absolutely thrilled with all the people who have posted their Avatar. It’s really great to see who all my friends are, and what they look like.
More then ever this place is getting to feel like my home town, just chucked full of friends who I can talk to, and who understand what I am talking about. I want to thank all of you for participating and making this board what it is today, but most of all, I want to thank Lisa S. for creating this place to begin with.
Now, reaching for the moon, I would like to see the rest of you post pictures of what you look like – those with pats can post a picture of themselves with the pet instead of the pet alone – and maybe we can even talk Jim into posting a newer picture of himself – even if it is just a headshot.
Thanks again everybody – Here’s looking at you.
Burt
