View Full Version : Ali Has A New Heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi from New Orleans!

On Saturday while walking around New Orleans my cell phone rang...it was Marleen - THEY HAD FOUND A PERFECT MATCH!!! Ali was about to ge a new heart!

I had a call back within a few hours from Michael -Ali's dad - She had the heart and all was well! Obviously the next few days are going to be an adjustment for Ali and her new heart but she is doing well.

She had been upgraded to a status 1B late last week - she needed this heart and THANK GOD she recieved it in time.

My thoughts, prayers and hopes are with Ali and her entire family as they set out on this new portion of their journey with heart disease.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALI AND HER FAMILY!!!!! YEA!!!! :D :D :D

This is great news! I pray that she continues to do well with her new heart and that she has a speedy recovery and a full life.

My prayers go out to Ali, her family and the family of the heart donor. A new heart brought by the sacrifice of another wonderful soul is a gift from God. May all be blessed on this journey.

Such great news!!!

Please tell Ali and her family how happy I am for them. I do know the emotions that go with all of this. I will pray for she and her donor family. It is truly giving the gift of life. Congratulations Ali.

I spoke with Marleen last night. Ali is doing very well and is up and around feeling GREAT!
