November Message from Lisa

It is hard to believe but I am off to the American Heart Association again. This year AHA is in New Orleans. In 1996 I attended my first AHA Scientific sessions and it was in New Orleans so this is a time to look back at how far we have come since then... and WOW what a difference 8 years makes!

I will be in New Orleans with Linda Price today through November 10. I will check the board as time is available. Kelly will be in the office and can reach me if I am needed.

ICD is doing fine - the walking is what is going to KILL ME! UFF DA MY FEET HURT! The good news is that it is all flat here - I feel like I can walk forever on flat land!
One hill - stairs or incline I am looking for an alternative route!
