thyroid medication

can thyroid medication interact with beta blockers...I was reading something that thyroid meds can be one of the causes of arrythmias

I am currently in the same dilemna. My thyroid level is between 6-7 and I have had A-Fib problems in the past along with a myectomy at CCF in November 2002. My thyroid level elevated after my surgery and my cardiologist has been deferring treatment because of the possible side effects. I should here from my doctor sometime this week when he gets back from vacation. I will share my info with you at that time. Please share with me any new info you receive.

Your thyroid can cause you to have palpitations and other symptoms... I am not sure what interaction the meds have. I will check and see what some of the med advisors think.
