Anther one for the Ladies

By a freak of nature a female brain cell ends up in a male head.
As she looks around all she sees is a big empty space.
"HELLO" she shouts out. She hears nothing but the echo of her own voice in that empty space.
Nervously she shouts again "HELLO IS ANYBODY HERE."
From a distance she hears a faint reply ""HELLO WERE ALL DOWN HERE"
