My step-brother and his wife just had a new baby boy (as opposed to a used one i guess) so i went down to the hospital the other day to see him. Everyone got a chance to hold him of course, but the little guy was fussy with everyone but me. As soon as he left my arms he would cry, and as soon as i took him back he would stop. Well, as you may have already guessed, it was my extra-loud heartbeat that made him feel right at home! Once we all figured out what was going on we had a good laugh over it, and i think i'm going to be asked to babysit quite a bit :lol:
This is the first new arrival we've had in the family for a few years, and i'll tell ya, it sure was nice to be in a hospital for a 'good' reason for a change.
