[Strong, forceful pulse]

My HCM causes me to have a very strong, forceful pulse so if I cross my legs my foot bounces w/ my pulse.... when I lay in bed at night I require "white noise" to drown out the sound of my heartbeat/pulse. I'm looking for creative ways to either ignore it or lessen it. Anyone else had/have this problem?
Nice look on the new site, Lisa ;)

Yep. My meds are the only solution I've found. They upped my dosage of Atenenal to 50mlg/ 2 times a day and it sure made a difference for me. BP/ pulse and intensity has been greatly reduced. Share your problem with your Doctor.
Hope thus helps,
Dave
