Hello I choke when walking one square (about 100 mets).
I am taking SOTALOL 80MG and 25MG from METOPROLOL. In my I last EcoStress of 17 minutes in bicycle I had a gradiant of 28 with a frequency principle of 144 beats per minutes, my gradiant in rest is of 11.

My doctor has varied me much medecines having tried to do adjustments, but itself feeling to me equal. My frequency cardia with these medecines is of 55 beats per minutes.

Somebody can tell what think about this medication. Think is the correct.

Thanks!

Medications very for each person. Just as each one of us is an individual, so are our hearts. Each individual heart may respond to one medication, and there may be no reponse in another person. Unfortunately, there is no "recipe" for what drugs, what dose and when to add new medications. I'm sorry, but I think that many of us have been in your shoes. For some people, it can take quite awhile to get the right "cardiac cocktail".

The best way to do that is to keep your cardiologist informed as to your symptoms. Let him/her know when you are worse, so that changes can be made. Unfortunately it takes time.
