Anti-Arrhythmic Drugs

Hello my name is Pictuar Monero I am from Dominican republic
and would like to know that Anti-Arrhythmic you are using… took amiodorone but me this creating several indirect effect, soon changes sotalol, but similarly was created several effects.

Hi.

I have been on a large dose of Sotolol for more than 6 years. There some side effects, however this med has been great at keeping my heart in a proper rhythm most of the time.

I take a smaller dose of Sotalol 80mgs 2x's a day and also have done well but, I take another BB w/ this and other heart meds too.. they all seem to work in unison.

I have been on Tikosyn (Dofetilide) for about 4 years with good success but for the past year not as effective ...am about to start on the newest anti-arrythmic, "Dronedarone"...good luck :)
