The Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association, through the generosity of Pure by Ami McKay, has put together a unique online auction package to raise funds for the benefit the HCMA. A link to the auction can be found:

The auction package includes one of only two chairs designed by interior designer Ami McKay for the 2008 Emmy Award Festivities. Photographs of the Celebration can be found here:

About the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association:
The HCMA is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization devoted to providing support, advocacy and education to HCM patients and their family members, as well as educating the medical community and the general public about HCM. HCM is the most common cause of sudden cardiac death in young people as well as the most common genetic cardiac disease. It affects approximately 300,000 people in the United States today though many of them are unaware of the condition and its potentially lethal effects. If HCM is properly identified and treated, a person with the disease can live a normal lifespan. If untreated, the consequences can be devastating.
