Completed clinical trials, but no results

I came across these two clinical trials for HCM treatments:

http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT00011076 (Pirfenidone)

They completed in 2003 and 2001, yet I can not seem to find the results of them. I assume that if either had positive outcomes, there would at least be some "buzz" about them. They seem to have disappeared into the ether. Anyone have any information?

Failured trials don't get published. That's probably what happened. Successes, regardless of how minor, tend to get a lot of play.
