Ok, I leave Fiday for my appointments at Tuft's on Monday and Tuesday. I will be bringing a carry on bag with all my things to include items needed if I stay for surgery. Is there a place to store the bag while I am in surgery and recovery at Tuft's?

Nah -- They hang it from the IV rack.
Bob - Good luck on your visit and surgery if needed. Regarding your items, I know if you wear glasses they "travel" with you. as far as bag - if others are traveling with you they can manage it, or perhaps others on the board have recent experiences where they can offer advice. You may want to call tufts & inquire.

Well you will be in a motel/ hotel, right? So it will be there .. if by chance your surgery is urgent, as Marc says they take your bag tag it and it goes where you go when you are moved from place to place. They have a good system.. I just had to go through it a month ago again for my thyroidectomy... so it works. Good luck, will be thinking of you.. what motel are you staying at initially?

I'd give it to your family member if you stay and that way there will be no issues.
Will be looking forward to your report.

Well arrived in Boston. Drove by Tuft's today so I know where to go tomarrow for testing. Hanged out on the Wharf today and checked out Paul Revere's house. Hey might as well make the best of it.

Well completed my tests today. During the my stress echo, Dr. Maron was summoned to review an image. I was impressed, he waited for the test to be complete and stated they got exactly what they needed and would discuss the results with me tomorrow. He stated he wanted to also review the MRI which was completed later in the afternoon. That test took two hours. That was rough laying there for that period of time. Will get the full story tomorrow. All the staff were professional.
