Myectomy getting closer

Hello Everyone:
My myectomy at the Cleveland Clinic with Dr. Smedira has been moved up a day (From June 11 to June 10th). My pre-op work will be June 8 and June 9 Bruce: I think you said you'd be in Cleveland for a yearly check up at that time. Maybe I'll run into you. They decided to take my heart catherization that was done in Albany back in October, so that is why my schedule changed. Trying to get all my ducks in a row before I leave. If I do, I'll plan to attend the conference in NJ next weekend. Thanks for everyone's support. Christa in NY

Looking forward to meeting you. You will be surprised at how quickly time flies between now and June 8. Lots of preparations, but all necessary to have peace of mind that there are no loose ends to return home to.

(They took my heart cath from 9 months before on me too, so that was one less thing to do - a very good thing !)

Yes, I'll be in Cleveland on Monday June 8 for my annual follow-up with Dr. Lever.

I'll PM you my cell # and e-mail. Maybe we can meet for lunch or coffee, or just some waiting time during your rounds. I only have 3 appts. that day so I should have some free time, and all the test stations are roughly in the same neighborhood.

Great...and I have registered to be in NJ..just for the day on Saturday. It's an early morning for me to get there...but I think I need all the reassurances and questions answered that I can. See you on Saturday. Thanks for the numbers. Christa
