Question about upcoming appt.

I have an appt. scheduled for June 1st and 2nd for the Mayo w/ Dr. Ommen, but I haven't received any info or schedules in the mail yet. Should I call and double check? I just read Kaye's post and her appt. isn't until July and she has hers. Just wondering.............

I wrote Suzan and they had sent it to my old address even though I told who ever I scheduled w/ that I had moved. So, I should be getting a new one.
