I have read the posts here about meds and supplements during menopause and was told by my gyn that I should take Estroblend, which is a pre-menopause and during menopause vitamin that I guess has different things in it to help w/ that time. I am not in menopause or even close to it but was having some other issues w/ hormones and such and she suggested taking it. Does anyone know if that would be a good idea w/ HCM?

Problem is the herbs in its content are what many HCM doctors, mine included tell us HCM patients to avoid. You need to discuss this with your HCM doctor as well.

So, is it better for us to just take the usual everyday multi-vitamin?
Thanks Pam!
