Hello everyone,
I am venting big time... I have been on the phone with tech support ALL, yes ALL day. over 4 hours with microsoft and 3 hours hunting down other sources of support - to find out that my Outlook crashed for some unknown reason that then also seemed to crash my user name and I have to reinstall EVERYTHING and move over all my files... Oh but here was the catch - it would not let me uninstall anything because win.ini was missing (um no it was not it was there... but that did not matter the computer has a mind of its own).
So to those of you who called yesterday while I was out of town at meetings and were promised calls today - I will call you tomorrow. For those who called today - I will do my best to get to you tomorrow or over the weekend.
