I finished my 5 pages on my health report on heart disease! It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Now all I'm worried about is presenting it... My friends are saying they aren't going to, but there is really no way around it. So I guess I'm just going to suck it up and do what I gotta do. But my teacher said not to read the report just tell what I wrote about, so that shouldn't be too bad.

The other day I went out to eat with my mom and her friends, and I learned that one of my mom's friends has HCM also. But unlike me she has to take medication. :(



I go to a bone & joint doctor next week, because I think I have fluid around both of my knees. I've been having problems with my knees, shoulders and elbows and can't figure out why.. So I guess going to this doctor will clear all that up!

okay so i went to the doctor a few weeks ago, sorry its taken so long to respond.
when i go to doctors appointments, and my parents are with me, i don't really pay that much attention!! but i know the doctor said both my knee caps are slightly out of place, and my thigh mucsles are weak so they are sending me to physical therapy today to strengthen them!!

they gave me a paper telling me what the name of it... and it is -- chondro malaysia patella, so i'm going to go look that up.



oh and i recieved a letter in the mail a couple of days ago from my cardiologist!! so i have an appointment in 3 months. not excited about it. ive always hated going, but i don't go that often. i know i cant get out of it so i wont even try!! haha
