Hello, After another round at the pediatric office I preceded to get a copy of what they had already received from the event monitor and I'm not quite sure about some things and we will be going back to that same cardiologist in Roanoke and I want to be on my toes if I need too. So...I think I understand this much bpm, assuming that is beats per minute that range from (79-160),(>40-<150),(62.4-155.5),(78.9-151.2),(53.1-134.6). Next, Findings:range from sinus rhythm, sinus bradycardia, sinus arrythmia, sinus tachycardia,si,sinus tachycardia,su,supraventricular tachycardia. Next, preliminary findings:sinus arrythymia, supraventricular tachycardia, sinus tachycardia, sinus bradycardia, sinus rhythm. Then we have other measurements:The following is in second intervals, PR 0.13-0.00, <0.24, 0.12-0.00, 0.11-0.00, 0.13-0.14. Next, comes QRS 0.07-0.07, <0.12, 0.09-0.10, 0.08-0.08, 0.08-0.07. Then, QT 0.34-0.00,<0.44, 0.32-0.00, 0.36-0.00, 0.34-0.27. Any help will be much appreciated. ahappylady2

I don't know what all of it means but he has recorded slow heart rate, fast heart rate, and some arrhythmias that aren't defined as well as normal heart rates. He's also had supraventricular tachycardia which is a fast heart rate that is in the atria and doesn't get as low as the ventricles. All of this has been in normal sinus rhythm, which is a good thing. There isn't any indication that there has been ventricular tachycardia, which can lead to fibrillation and death.

I don't know about the PR, QRS, and QT intervals. I know it means the intervals these waves are on an EKG but I don't know what norms are so I can't tell you what his numbers mean.
