February Fundraising

Hi All,
Just a thought here. I just got a call from the American Heart Association asking me if I would help them with fundraising next month since February is something like "Heart Disease Awareness"??? month. Anyway, I was wondering if the HCMA could do something similar? ...Include a little info about HCM and perhaps, include pre-printed envelopes so that donations can be mailed to the HCMA, and the envelopes & info are sent by US (HCMers) to our friends, families, neighbors, coworkers, etc. Receiving it from someone they know who is affected by the disease might be just what is needed to help folks not throw it in the trash???? Just a thought. Let me know your thoughts on it.

I have several people I could send to that I know would make a donation. Sometimes life is hectic and though we may mean to do something, it gets overlooked. Sometimes it needs to be put right in front of us, and I think this is a great idea.
