The 2nd edition of HCM for Patients, Families and Interested Physicians has arrived in the USA! We expect to have all copies in house in a few more days, currently we have a small supply that were sent ahead to fill backorders of which we still have about 20 in stock. All backorders were sent out in the past 2 weeks.
