New survey on the way

The HCMA has purchased a new survey software that will help us to better understand the needs of our community. The first survey will be emailed to all of you later this week. We are hoping to have as many people as possible participate so please feel free to pass it along to those in your family with HCM who may not participate in the message board on a regular basis. The first survey will be about HCM programs and how they have impacted your life.
