This is a new section of the Message board. This area is not for dialog. We are hoping that this area will be used to communicate when you will be traveling to a specialty center for evaluation, treatment or just to visit.
Some people are very interested in trying to link up with others while at a center. While others are in no mood for social activity. We wish to give everyone the opportunity to get together if it is appropriate.
This section will be highly moderated and all posts will be sent to Lisa and Kelly for approval prior to posting.

I am heading to Mayo, in Rochester MN for a screening and consult and wish to get together with others while I am there. I will be available after my appointment on May 2nd for an early dinner if anyone is around. Please send me a private message.

We suggest you use ample caution when arranging meetings. While we all feel like family - this is the internet an we must be careful to meet others in public places where our safety is more secure.
The HCMA takes no responsibility for private meetings - but does wish to offer the oppurtunity for HCM patients to have a chance to get to know each other and build friendships.
