how r ya all

iv just started on beta blockers and ever sine iv started them, iv been getting chest pains just about every day they dont last long thou
should i be worried about this ? or is this normal ?
iv never realy had a promble with chest pains be4 never realy had them iv only ever had dissy spelts and stuff

Margi - If the chest pains are a new thing for you and you just started a new med, your doctor needs to know about this, call him. Hope you get it cleared up soon, Linda

I would suggest you speak to your doctor about this. I will tell you that sometimes when we change our meds, have an ICD put in or in anyway change what we have been doing with regards to our hearts we tend to notice more things and some changed symptoms. These changes may well be real but they may also be our mind working overtime on our tickers.

Talk to your doctor that is the most important thing you can do at this point.

i agree with both of them call your doctor. I get chest pains alot and my docs know they say its alot of axienty attacks. If they become to sharp or painful I go to the hospital.
