I am sorry to hear of your ongoing issues and recent fluid difficulties. I think for those with CHF it is rather a common experience to have swelling evident in the AM.( and other times as well). Although my CHF is in pretty good control these days ; IT... is the AM that I am most aware that I am holding more fluid. It does get better as the day goes on and especially if I take my diuretic on those fluidy days and follow a more low key regime. I am fortunate that this is a minimal issue for me these days.
I know your life is busy and you do have big fluid issues, you have a lot to do .. please find time to take it a bit easier if you can.
Thinking of you ,

Shirley,
I'm sorry that you are having these complications. CHF is very hard to live with and even harder to control at times. Your plate is very full right now. Please take time out to rest. Keep in constant contact with your docs, you don't want it to get out of hand and end up in the hospital.
I keep you in my prayers daily. I hope that your husband's 50th birthday goes well. Take care!
Love and Prayers!
Sherry
