Greetings - This is all new to me. Can anyone please advise?

Here is the scenario: atenolol, plavix, aspirin, diovan, lipitor, lexapro, niaspan, nitro

I used to be hot. Now, my feet and hands are cold all the time. I need extra blankets at night - is this pretty common? Yes, it is winter - but it is still unusual for me.

Also - I've been having problems with CRS (Can't remember squat! - I used the less offensive version). Anyone else with this malady?

I'm just trying to understand if this is my "new reality" or if I'm just being nuttier than usual!

Thanks - Andy P

I'd ask the doc since this is new to you. It may be a circulation problem that needs to be addressed.

Andy, bad memory seems to be a gimme with a beta blockers, many of us have it.
I also have cold hands and feet and I believe it is also a by product of beta blockers, they slow your rate and lower blood pressure.
However you should run them both past your doc just to rule out any other cause.
I don't know if any of the others your taking would create those symptoms.
Your not alone on both problems.

I agree with Glen,

I don't have the problem about temperature - at least not now, living in the desert. On the other hand, my wife does have it - whatever the heck that is.

Now, regarding the other problem, I really have something to say about it - - but I just can't remember what.
