Hello LIsa and all,

Iwas tranplanted on Nov. 23 2005. I am on the upward swing after every complication known to transplant. If you want to read my journal ...it is on
caringbridge.org

then when the page comes up , in the upper R corner click on read or view a site/page. this will give you a main page and go to classic page (the second entry) my state is mn and type in aimee. I have had an amazing journey and Mayo and the U of M share research on my old heart. My transplant will be presented at the International cardiology meeting .(not this year in Madrid ) but the next. In 27 years of transplant they told us they have never seen a stranger heart and a mutation of this disease. Beverly if you are reading this I hope all is well with you I hope to be home in Feb. 3 months away is a long time. Blessings to you all Aimee

Well we are glad to see your back with us here on the board.
Hopefully you plan on remaining on "the upward swing".

I'll have to check out CaringBridge.

Wishing you the best with your new heart.
