when you have to take a medication at a certain time of day and daylight savings is approaching, do you adjust to the time change or stay on your body clock?? (for example, I take my tikosyn at 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 pm. Should I take it at 7:00a.m. and 7:00 pm.? I take another med at 12 noon...just thought I'd ask

with that particular drug you will need to talk to your doctor - I have heard others using a 4 day system to use the time they normally use -
Day 1 take the meds at 7:15 Day 2 7:30 Day 3 7:45 and day 4 8:00 the person I knew had no problems BUT YOU MUST speak to your doctor about this.

Cynthia,

If you were taking your meds at 8AM and 8PM Daylight time then the corresponding Standard times are 7AM and 7PM (Fall -- back) as you said in your original post, not 9 as told to you by your doctor (Doctors! Sheesh!)
