Sick Tummy

I have been sick to my stomach since last night, I lay down it gets better so I don't think it is a virus, I was raised with my Diltiazem to 360mg could this be causing the nausea? but i have been on it for over a month Dr. Gilligan upped it last month, I know to eat is a challenge
