no side effects. homeopathic remedies are pretty much side effect-free.
i like the nerve tonic tablets a lot as they are calcium and magnesium, which are good for the heart.

also, meditation is an excellent way to reduce stress and relax.

well I wish i could relax enough to mediate ... But I will try the nerve tonic and hopefully this will relax me enough to mediate

When you aren't used to meditating, a guided meditation is a good way to get started. They make all kind of cd's for this (they walk you through breathing and visualizing things so you don't just try and empty your mind).

thank you.. I ordered the nerve tonic yesterday. They are not expensive at all .
